and then selected from 211 entries. After numerous taste testings with students, faculty and the local population, it was
determined that since this is an "all natural" product, containing
no: preservatives of any kind, milk or milk by-products, meat or
meat by-products or alcohol ...it should be marketed in Gourmet
Food Stores as - "All Natural" and sold
'fresh frozen' (freshly made and then frozen immediately for shipment)!
The response from people that we know,
from all parts of this Country has been outstanding and this
recipe has come from Eastern Europe, just after WWII as our
families emigrated to this Country. This soup can
be eaten as is, heated and mixed with pasta, used as a sauce for
meat and fish. Use your imagination and you'll come up with many
more ideas.
