Sunday, October 21st Pig Roast & Beer Fest .. Roger Freiday, the German Chef, has helped in establishing many of the German Clubs in Northern N.J. and will be here very early Sunday morning only to finish the roast and ‘run’ to another event in the afternoon. There will be “tons of food” German, Italian & American .. Slow Roasted Pig w/ the “Crispiest Skin Ever”- Sauerbraten, Red Cabbage, German Potato Salad – Lasagna, Sausage & Peppers, Pasta – American Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Guinness Stew, Kielbasa & Kraut, Chili, Stuffed Cabbage, Eggplant etc. “Only a Partial List” All ‘Tap’ Beers are included in the price & we will feature Ramstein Beer = Classic Dark, Blond Wheat Beer & October Fest Wine & Mixed Drinks are all ½ Price $45.00/Person for the Entire Day !!
