Roger Freiday
is a very good German Cook in his own right and has helped in establishing many
of the German Hoffbraus & clubs in Northern NJ. Roger also works at the High
Point - Ramstein Brewery in
Butler, NJ
Roger
has visited Germany & Bavaria extensively, of course
speaking the language doesn’t ‘hurt’ either !
The Pig will be
gotten from a German Farmer/Butcher in Green Village, just West of Morristown
and roasted on our patio !
The Swing Time Big Band
will be here:
You’ve seen them all over this area and
they’ll be performing on our patio under the tent (Weather Permitting) Some
great players in this “Aggregation” and if you’ve never been in the company of a
Big Band
.. you certainly are in for a treat !!
