Growing out of a long
history as a friendly gathering place, the
Roaring Rock
Restaurant contains two working
fieldstone fireplaces.
One greets you as you enter the beamed dining area
and the second is the massive centerpiece of the country great room.
Constructed by local artisans and craftsmen using materials found on the
original property, the cedar rafters and stone hearth embedded with
Delaware Indian arrowheads reflects an era of country life that has
slipped quietly away. We know you'll enjoy your visit and will become
part of the fine group of friends that has become the
Roaring Rock
Family.

"Don't let the
outside fool you ... you won't believe what's inside this place,
the fireplaces alone are worth the trip - an authentic English
Pub!" -- New Jersey Life Styles Magazine |
| One of Warren County's few remaining
18th Century dwellings in continuous use since 1750. The building
is part of an original log cabin built on this site near Roaring
Rock Brook. It was a colonial stagecoach stop and meeting place
for county folk to gather and exchange news and gossip of the day. |
