specific wines ! As many of you know, the soup list is ‘endless’ and varied
with thickness, content
and originality.
There are cultures that subsist entirely on some form of soup
or broth either with vegetables or meat in the liquid .. so, this wine event
should prove to be very interesting.
Have you noticed the
major increase in Campbell's® soup commercial's on TV? For the first
time since the 1920s & 30s, this industry giant is starting to lose it's
market share because the American Public is looking elsewhere for soups with
taste & originality unlike the 'low grade' products that this volume soup
manufacturer has fostered on Americans since its inception.
The national dish of Belgium is 'Waterzooi' which translated means "Watery
