 In the late 20^th Century, a team of Egyptian archeologists unearthed 3 stone tablets from a  Husame tomb in the Answara Desert. The writings were from The Book of Loons, a holy  manuscript that the Egyptians often referred to in their religious scriptures. It states :

 “The path to Heaven runs through the Swamp of the Smoking Loon.”

 Don Sebastiani .. “For each vintage of Smoking Loon, we look for fruit that shows  the true character of a specific varietal. We look for differences not “sameness” in each lot of wine that we blend. It goes without saying that a wine should be enjoyable …
but if it makes you pause, then we’ve succeeded in our efforts.”!

Chicken Scarpariello .. Medallions of Boneless Chicken Breast with Sweet Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Garlic, Lemon, Red Wine and ‘Equal Parts of  Red & Brown Sauces
