The “Kendall
Jackson Winery” is one of the great success stories in the California
Wine Industry. Starting in 1982, they
discovered that grapes grown on cool coastal mountains produced rich flavors
and unique
character. Also realizing that each region had a distinctive
flavor profile, .. yields were kept low and blending from each region,
produced wines with depth, complexity and vibrant flavors.
