as 30 years ago, wines were relegated to up-scale restaurants, a few wine
bars in Manhattan and very
sophisticated ‘tastings’ (when they could be found) but other than that they
were only perceived as elegant in advertisements in magazines with ‘prices
per-person to match’!
“Relaxed” is the theme for
