Suppliers in this State and specializing in Micro Brews !

Guest speaker will be Eric Wormann  their Craft Beer

Specialist and he’s chosen some interesting items both

on tap & by the bottle  !

Since that January is National “Soup Month” the emphasis will be

0n Soup paired with Wine. !

Many cultures subsist on what we might consider ‘broth’

but is far from that as it contains all kinds of ‘solids’ like ..

Shrimp, Vegetables, Meats of all descriptions.

Oh .. Fireplace will be on !!

After so many requests, this pairing will feature many of Carol’s Soups matched with specific wines ! As some of you know, the soup list is “massive” and varied with thickness, content and originality. Many of  these have never been heard of before beyond “the walls of this restaurant.”

There are cultures that subsist entirely on some form of soup or broth either with vegetables or meat in the liquid .. so, this wine event will prove to be very, very interesting.
