There are few places in the world where nature has favored a territory as much as in the Maipo Chilean Central Valley, where nearly 300 days of rich sun a year shine on the vineyards. The soft ocean breezes, the impressive Andes Mountain rivers that gush down from these mountains, the perfectly balanced soil components all create an ideal micro-climate for cultivating the noblest French stock, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc among others. 

The menu reflected Chilean and South American Cuisine.
