This event will feature the wines of Alsace & Rhone Valleys. The two wineries will be Hugel & Jaboulet, under the Frederick Wildman wine group. The Hugel family

in Alsace can be traced back to the 15^th century. In 1639, Hans Ulrich Hugel was mayor of

the city and soon took charge of the very powerful Corporation of Winegrowers. During the

18^th & 19^th centuries, the Hugel family gained an enviable reputation for winegrowing skill.

The Jaboulet family specializes exclusively in wines of the Rhone Valley – where the vine

was planted by the Romans, if not earlier by the Greeks.

This menu will reflect “Classic French Cuisine” with proximity to Germany
