“Very Special Announcement”
Scouting for Toys Boy Scout Troop # 157 Washington, NJ (Toy Barrel in our Lobby)

 

What started out as an Eagle Scout Project by Jeff Zabrisike and his dad has continued  through these last 11 years !

 

Jeff and his dad still get together with the troop, fabricate the barrels, deliver them the day after Thanksgiving and pick them up 2 days before Christmas Eve for sorting and wrapping by the Scouts.

 

We’re going to make a statement that is .. well … hard to believe but is, and has been  substantiated by the Scouts & others,

The Toy Barrel in our lobby is by far “the best in Warren County” based on volume and quality !! click on the images to expand the pictures

 

 

Let us explain why .. it’s quite simple really …

The customers that come here are special – always have been and always will be … you won’t find a broader spectrum of vocations and backgrounds !

 

We’ve been “besieged” by Toys for Tots, US Marines Toy Drive and countless others because they are aware of what goes on here.

This project belongs to the Boy Scouts and always will.

These toys stay right in this area – Washington, Washington Township and Oxford.

“New & Nearly New” Toys are needed … and they need not be expensive – coloring books and the like, small items, simple games - the list is vast, toys that your kids no longer want !
