Since Roman times what is now France’s Loir Valley and the Burgundy region have produced grapes suitable for making wine. These many

little villages, with steep hillside vineyards, have developed some of the World’s greatest wines – among them, White Burgundy or “Chardonnay”

Some of these wines are not common in the USA but are very well known in Europe.

 

This event will pair Classic French Cuisine with wines from this region.
